...exteriors are the new interior...people are really putting more into their livable outdoor spaces & why wouldn't you- it's perfect for entertaining a large crowd in the summer months & everyone loves dinner in a garden.

I'm still swooning over this private-cozy outdoor space above that I found in sunset mag last month...and how amazing is that painted deck?!?- and it will only get better with age....

I have a serious crush on our neighbors chandelier....here are some of my favorites that most closely resemble their modern glass beauty....I picture dimly lit nights eating, drinking, & celebrating with close friends under one of these....cheers!
